Easel Studio — by Amshu

Portfolio sites for artists · Bengaluru

A portfolio site that makes your work look the way it deserves to. Fixed price, live in seven days.

I build portfolio websites for artists, photographers and creative studios in Bengaluru. One fixed price of ₹35,000, one week, no hourly billing and no surprise quotes. You send images and a bio; I handle the design, the domain, the hosting, the enquiry form and the handover. Two projects a week, booked first come.

Knock.Knock.Art — Murals, workshops and commissions

Varshitha paints murals for businesses, schools and homes, and runs pottery, resin and glass workshops alongside them. None of that is an impulse purchase — a mural is a spend somebody has to sign off internally, and a workshop is a booking somebody has to trust you with.

So the site is not a gallery. It is built around the five things she actually sells — murals, workshops, commissions, digital art and products — each with its own page and its own way in, rather than one undifferentiated grid that leaves the visitor to work out what they can hire her for.

The working process sits on the page too: consultation, design, wall prep, painting, finish. The question behind most mural enquiries is not whether the work is good — the photographs settle that. It is what happens to my wall for the next two weeks, and who is answerable if it goes wrong.

What that gives her is a link she can send to the person who has to justify the spend to somebody else. That is the whole difference between a portfolio and an Instagram grid.

What changed

Faster approvals, more demand, and clients who take the work seriously

I have been able to crack projects and gain trust and confidence from clients. Approvals are faster and there is more demand. Not many people have a portfolio like this in India currently — it gives me an upper hand in the field. It professionalises my career. Some people think this is not a serious career; now people take me seriously.

Seven working days, start to live.

Day 0

You pay 50%, fill in the intake form, and send your images and text.

Days 1–2

I build the first draft. You hear nothing from me, which is the point.

Day 3

The draft goes up on a live preview link you can open on your phone.

Day 4

You send all your feedback in one go. One round, so make it count.

Days 5–6

I make the revisions and run the final checks.

Day 7

You pay the balance, the site goes live, and we do the handover call.

The catch

The clock starts when I have both the deposit and your content. If the images arrive late, the delivery date moves by the same number of days.

These are real work, so they are priced separately rather than pretended away. Ask and I will quote.

  • Online store or payments
  • Booking systems
  • Blog with a CMS
  • Multi-language sites
  • Logo or brand identity
  • Photography or retouching
  • Writing your copy
  • Migrating an old site

Most artists I meet are running an entire practice through a link in an Instagram bio. It works until someone serious turns up — a curator, a gallery, a collector who wants to know what a piece costs — and there is nowhere to send them.

I started building sites to fix exactly that, then turned it into a fixed-price service so the quote stops being a negotiation. The price is the price. The scope is written down before you pay anything. If you want something outside it, I tell you what it costs rather than quietly absorbing it and delivering late.

What this is not: a branding agency, a copywriting service, or a studio with account managers. It is me. You get my number, I answer it, and your site is live on day seven.

Tell me what you make and what you need the site to do.
